Ontario Dog Groomers Association

Attention Professional Pet Groomers

The Ontario Dog Groomers Association (O.D.G.A.) would like to invite you to become a member of our growing community. By doing so, you will have access to industry events such as seminars, workshops, and competitions. Additionally, members and their businesses can take advantage of special offers, benefits and discounts provided exclusively to the O.D.G.A.

Founded in 1988 and registered in 1993, The O.D.G.A. is the longest-standing grooming association in Canada. As a not-for-profit organization created and run by volunteer groomers and salon owners who are dedicated to providing continuing education in the professional pet styling field.

O.D.G.A. events cater to members of all experience levels, from novice to expert. Activities range from informative seminars with guest speakers and stimulating discussions, to comprehensive product and styling demonstrations, to grooming competitions designed to challenge and celebrate the grooming profession.

The O.D.G.A. is committed to the idea of a professional grooming community that helps members achieve higher standards and advance in the industry. Furthermore, the O.D.G.A. strives towards regulated industry practices and public awareness of the ethical and humane treatment of pets.

By joining the O.D.G.A., you would not only help yourself and others, but you would help give pets the grooming they deserve so that they walk away from the salon, tail wagging.

We hope you'll consider becoming a member.
