Non-Members welcome with no comments or voting during the meeting

• Nominations can only be made by fully paid up Members of the ODGA.
• Nominations can be made by emailing info.odga@gmail.com with the name of the Member you would like to nominate.
• All nominees must have been a fully paid up Member of the Association for at least 30 days before the date of the AGM.
• The position of President must have served at least 2 years on the Board and the Treasurer must have served at least 1 year on the Board to be nominated.
• All nominees must accept the nomination either before or at the AGM in order to be listed for voting.
• If a Member is nominated but cannot attend the meeting, they must put their acceptance in writing to the Board along with the name of the person who is to stand as proxy at the AGM.
• Non-members may attend the AGM but may not vote.
• Votes may not be sent by proxy; Members must be at the AGM to be able to vote.
